Cleaning fees are based on the distance, size and condition of your home. When you receive the initial estimate, it is just an estimate. Once the cleaner enters your home, they will give you an estimate of how long the cleaning would take. If the actual time required increases, our staff will continue to clean only if you authorize additional time, and your price will be adjusted accordingly. We will not spend additional time cleaning without your prior approval.
All managers, supervisors and Commercial Specialty Technicians receive ongoing and comprehensive training to manage the sites and services they are assigned. All Janitorial cleaning staff receive in-house and on-site training in all areas needed to carry out their given duties.
We strive to maintain continuity as this helps build a healthy relationship and trust with our Janitorial clients along with added security.
It is not obligatory that you are present at the time of cleaning, although of course, you’re welcome to be. A majority of our customers also give our cleaning specialists the door keys, which is another option our clients have.
We will provide you with an emergency phone number so that we can help you with any emergencies that may arise 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We accept all methods of payments including visa, bank drafts and cash. An invoice may be left for you at your door if you have not established a direct method of payment. We also accept pre-authorized payments to ensure that our services with you are constantly kept. If you wish to discontinue them due to some reasons, we are always available to answer any of your inquiries by mail or phone any time between 9 am to 6 pm.
At Serene Cleaning Group, we aim to provide our employees with an extensive cleaning training program that will teach you the basics of efficient cleaning.
